Our woodshop measures 2280 sq ft and features two bandsaws, a table saw, lathe, joiner, planer, mortiser, 2 drill presses, double basin sink, belt disc and oscillating sanders

Our metalshop is 413 sq feet and features MIG, TIG, and OxyAcetelene setups, plasma torch, disc and bench sanders, break, slip roller, roll bender, hossfeld bender, 6'x6' welding table, metal band saw, chop saw, jump shear, and drill press

Spray booth is 313 square feet and provides a ventilated space to safely paint and finish projects

our appx 900 sq foot gallery space is great for showing work to clients or for photographing work

Each resident has a personal shelf in the kitchen, our kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, sink, microwave, storage, and large dining/meeting table

residents have access to two large frieght elevators to move equipment, works, and materials
